- Ensure all company Human Resource policies are applied consistently
- Maintain Human Resource administration and processes
- Assist in performance management process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
- Knowledge of HR practices
- Minimum has at least internship experience of Human Resources
- Willing to learn, proactive and have a good time management
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Sheet)
